Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of
Certain Officers.
David Denton, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tapestry, Inc. (the “Company”) advised the Board and the Company on
September 13, 2023 that, after over nine years of service on the Board, he would not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders for fiscal year 2023 (the “Annual Meeting”) on November 2, 2023, due to his
other professional obligations. Mr. Denton’s decision to not stand for re-election was not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter. Mr. Denton will continue to serve as a member of the Board until the Annual Meeting.
