Our Ethics and Compliance Reporting System is manned by an independent service taking confidential (and if you choose, anonymous) messages on behalf of the company. Complaints or concerns relating to our accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters and other items required by applicable law will be referred to the Chair of the Audit Committee and the Chair of the Board.
You may report your concerns anonymously or confidentially.
The system will provide you with a case number and you may request a follow-up. You may also request a login and password, which will allow you to follow-up on your case. This will also provide an opportunity for the Board to ask questions or to deliver a response back to you but will not reveal your identity if you wish to remain anonymous.
If you are willing to be contacted directly by the Board or management instead of remaining anonymous, please provide the operator with your name and contact information.
Matters relating to our Global Business Integrity Program may also be reported according to the procedures described above.
