Tapestry is a New York-based house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. Our portfolio includes the Coach, kate spade new york, and Stuart Weitzman brands. Effective October 31, 2017, we changed our name from Coach, Inc. to Tapestry, Inc. to establish a strong and distinct corporate identity, while enabling our brands to express their unique proposition to consumers. The name Tapestry reflects our core values of optimism, inclusivity, and innovation and speaks to creativity, craftsmanship, and authenticity on a shared platform.

We directly operate approximately 1,500 stores globally across our three brands.
Is Tapestry a publicly traded company?
Yes. We had our initial public offering in October 2000 under the Coach, Inc. name. Effective October 31, 2017, Coach, Inc. changed its name to Tapestry, Inc. trading under the symbol TPR on the New York Stock Exchange.

Does the Company pay a dividend on its stock?
On March 26, 2020, the Company announced the temporary suspension of its dividend program in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The last quarterly dividend payment was $0.3375 per common share paid on March 30, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 6, 2020. Tapestry’s strategic intent is to return capital to shareholders through a dividend on a long-term basis. Our Board will continue to evaluate when appropriate.
Does the Company offer a dividend reinvestment plan or a direct reinvestment plan?
We offer a dividend reinvestment plan, but not a direct investment plan.
When and where is the Company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting?
