In fiscal 2025, Tapestry returned $300 million to shareholders through dividend payments, representing an annual dividend rate of $1.40 per share. For fiscal 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per common share, representing an increase of 14 % versus prior year for an anticipated annual dividend rate of $1.60 per share.
