In fiscal 2023, Tapestry returned $283 million to shareholders through dividend payments, representing an annual dividend rate of $1.20 per share. For fiscal 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share, representing an increase of 17% versus prior year and an anticipated annual dividend rate of $1.40 per share.
