Mr. Cohen joins Coach from Timberland, where he held the position of Managing Director, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. During his six years with Timberland, he had responsibility for the development of the brand and business in Asia, including the establishment of an Asia Headquarters and the oversight of wholly-owned subsidiaries in Japan, Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia. He also led a sales organization which managed relationships with distributors in several countries throughout the region. Prior to Timberland, he spent four years with Swatch Group as Regional Director, Asia, and Vice President Hong Kong/China, based in Hong Kong, and seven years with LVMH, including three years as Marketing Director for Givenchy Cosmetics and Fragrance, based in Japan.

At September 30, 2007 there were 147 Coach international wholesale and travel retail locations. As previously announced, during fiscal 2008, the company intends to open a total of 30 net new international wholesale locations, primarily in Asia/Pacific, including Greater China.
